Giving extra effort comes naturally to Cole. While serving in the military, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for going beyond the scope of duty for his rank. Now, he uses that desire to overachieve in his job at Peak, helping clients and teammates succeed.

“What intrigued me about Peak Retirement Planning was how the company goes far beyond what anybody else does,” Cole said.

Cole has many years of customer service experience going back to his teenage years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in consumer and family financial services from Ohio State University. His interest in the industry started when he took a finance class in high school.

Cole and his fiancée, Audrey, have two white labs named Lily and Harley. Outside of work, he loves watching sports, working out, golfing and family time.
