When he’s not in the office, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Katy, and their two sons, Bennett and Jacob. The family, which also includes their dogs Parker and Bear, can often be found exploring the outdoors — Lance loves hunting, camping and hiking. He also enjoys staying active by working out and playing sports with his children.
