Daniel Baroi serves our operations team in IT, helping to solve problems, organize information, and turn data into practical tools that help the team do their best work. Daniel was drawn to Peak by the team’s commitment to excellence, growth, and continuous learning. From the start, he wanted to be part of the culture at Peak, one that is family-oriented and fast paced. Daniel looks to be a life-long learned and make a meaningful impact through his work.

Daniel earned his degree in Information Technology Management, as an international student from Bangladesh, from Cedarville University, with minors in Business Analytics and Bible. He served as a part of their IT Support team, where he found a love for helping others through his work.

Daniel’s family is from Bangladesh, with only he and his brother living in the United States. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and playing sports.
