Ethan Severance

Operations

Ethan Severance serves on our operations team. Ethan was drawn to Peak by how clearly the firm’s values are lived out each day. He is motivated by work that has real impact and appreciates being part of a team guided by strong Christian principles, integrity, and purpose beyond themselves.

Ethan earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and his Data Analyst Certificate from The Ohio State University, and was valedictorian of his high school class. Ethan has prior experience working in IT, where he developed an interest in technical problem-solving and client support.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his parents, brother, and dog, Baker. He also enjoys golfing, cooking for family and friends, and spending time on Buckeye Lake with family.
