Haley plays a key role in building Peak Retirement’s wealth of talented employees. From the hiring process to team development, she is integral in helping develop our culture. Her passion for communication and people has guided her career, from customer service and managing wedding venues to her current role. She also fits in perfectly with our Christian values.

A graduate of Cedarville University with highest honors, Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communication and a minor in Bible, with additional coursework from several Ohio scholastic institutions. A lifelong learner, she earned dean’s list honors and was valedictorian of her high school class.

Outside work, Haley enjoys running, weightlifting, pickleball, exploring local coffee shops and doting on her three cats, Fury, Meadow and Mavis. She spends winters skiing and summers by the water.

Family is central to Haley. She is the youngest of six daughters in a close-knit, supportive family. Haley also treasures community involvement and her church.
