With a background in local law enforcement, Lance thrives on collaboration and the shared commitment to serving clients with integrity and purpose.

Outside of the office, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Katy, and their two sons, Bennett and Jacob. The family, which also includes their dogs Parker and Bear, can often be found exploring the outdoors. Lance loves hunting, camping, and hiking. He also enjoys staying active by working out and playing sports with his children.
