Phil was drawn to Peak by its commitment to personal, professional, and spiritual growth. He enjoys leading and coaching others, helping teammates reach their potential through encouragement, accountability, and a shared drive for excellence. His passion for finance began at a young age and led him to a career focused on helping others make sound financial decisions.

Before joining Peak, Phil managed a family-owned business, where he focused on training others and helping customers better understand their decisions.

Outside the office, Phil enjoys building and racing cars, attending church, and spending time with friends, family, and girlfriend, Maggie. He brings the same competitive spirit and commitment to excellence to these areas of his life, as well.
