Trent joined Peak because of its commitment to excellence. He values being part of a team that serves clients with a higher standard, and one that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Trent finds satisfaction and fulfillment in helping clients navigate taxes with confidence, and that’s what makes him a valuable piece of our tax team.

Trent earned his bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, followed by an MBA with a concentration in Business Data Analytics. He was also a member of their men’s basketball team. His interest in the field began with a college tax course, where he discovered a passion for solving the unique challenges each return presents. Before joining Peak, Trent served as a tax intern, gaining hands-on experience reviewing tax returns and assisting taxpayers. He continues to pursue industry certifications to expand his tax knowledge, so he can always serve clients in a tax-efficient and accurate way.

Trent and his wife, Emily, enjoy life with their energetic goldendoodle, Willow. Outside the office, he enjoys basketball, pickleball, golf, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and staying active in their church community.
