Addison holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, graduating magna cum laude from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where he also earned his MBA in marketing. He brings experience from operational and marketing roles at his family’s business, Culligan Quality Water of North Central Ohio, where he learned customer service, process optimization and strategic marketing — not to mention the motivation he exhibited at a young age mowing lawns to save up for his first car!

Outside the office, Addison enjoys quality time with close friends and family, along with his two Boxers, Floyd and Mabel. He stays active in the great outdoors, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and capturing moments with his vintage film camera or drone. A self-proclaimed tech enthusiast, he enjoys learning about new technology, aircraft and rockets.
