Client Service Specialist

What distinguishes Eric in his role is his remarkable ability to connect with clients on a personal level. He is devoted to guiding clients on their journeys toward successful and fulfilling retirements. He has a high standard of excellence and enjoys over-delivering on our clients' needs as they arise.

Eric previously worked in ministry, as a barista and as a 10th-grade history teacher. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University.

When not in the office, he is frequently found outdoors, hiking, adventuring or simply spending quality time with his dog, Ziggy. He loves music, playing bass in local bands and at his church, where Eric also leads a small youth group and worships on Sundays.
