Operations Specialist

Carter joined the team at Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. after being given an opportunity to be an intern. He fully embraced that opportunity and was offered a full-time position shortly into his internship. Carter has shown he is committed and passionate about serving others and delivering the level of excellence that Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. exudes to its clients.

Carter earned his associate degree in finance from Columbus State Community College and his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from Franklin University. In his role, he supports the firm’s operations, technology, and client service processes, ensuring that each client experience is seamless, efficient, and in line with the firm’s high standards.

Away from the office, Carter serves at his church in the sound booth and helps lead the Young Adults Ministry. He also enjoys playing the piano and guitar, traveling, photography, and outdoor activities like hiking and camping.
