Operations Specialist

Elisa is in charge of operations for Peak Retirement Planning and making sure everything in the office runs smoothly. In addition to administrative responsibilities, Elisa assists with transfers, follows up on rollovers and provides ongoing service support.

Elisa has over 30 years of experience as an executive administrator, facilitator and planner in corporate entrepreneurial environments. One of her greatest achievements includes transforming rundown warehouses into multimillion-dollar office spaces.

Elisa got to know Joe and his team when she became a client of Joe’s many years ago. In fact, she enjoyed the experience so much that she wanted to come work with Joe! As someone who has worked in every aspect of the administrative realm, Elisa enjoys providing exceptional customer service and contributing to her team’s growth and success.

Elisa earned a business degree from the University of Akron and has won several corporate awards, including employee of the year and a customer service excellence award.

Born in Akron, Elisa enjoys every minute spent with her father, who is 92 years young, and her brother. After spending much of her career working on both coasts, Elisa is now happily back in Ohio, relishing her time with friends and family.

Outside of work, Elisa loves to travel, explore and meet new people. She also enjoys golfing, water sports and anything to do with the beach.
