Over a four-decade veteran of the office management and client services industries, Jill enjoys assisting clients in a timely, accurate, and professional manner to ensure they have an outstanding experience.

Jill’s background working for a variety of different service industries, including the Federal Government — where she was a Command Support Specialist for the top executives in the agency — gave her the expertise needed to effectively transition to her role at Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. Jill provides a full range of coordination and direction to facilitate the everyday processes within the Peak Retirement Planning office and assist her son, Joe Schmitz Jr. This role comes naturally to her, considering she's been assisting Joe his whole life!

Jill graduated from Park University with bachelor’s degrees in management and accounting. Jill was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and currently resides in Carroll, Ohio, with her husband, Joe Schmitz Sr. They have been married for 39 years and have a daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons — Stephanie, Kevin, AJ, and Eli Howell — and their son, Joe Jr. Jill enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, bicycling, swimming and visiting different nature parks.
